We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on unused pieces in original condition and packaging.

Process

Email concierge@clausas.com with your order number. We arrange collection or provide a prepaid return label where applicable.

Exclusions

Made-to-order, customized, and final-sale pieces are not eligible for return. Swatches and gift cards are non-refundable.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of receiving the return.
